We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund.
Returns / Exchanges – Domestic US
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Based off the original purchase date and the date of your request, you will be given the option to return your purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit, as per the guidelines below.
We gladly accept returns for refund on all unworn items received in new condition (excluding sale items) with tags and hygienic liners in place within 15 days of the original purchase date. Returns received within 30 days of the original purchase date are eligible for exchange and store credit only. All sale items, including clearance items are not eligible for return, except items purchased with promotional discount codes. Additionally, items beyond 30 days of the original purchase date are not eligible for return.
After receiving approval for your return, please package your suit securely and send it back to the address below, along with your original receipt. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to insure proof of delivery.

When returning your suit, please note the following:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer pays for return shipping on refunds and exchanges
- Outbound shipping on exchanges is free of charge
- Refunds are issued in the form of original payment (minus original shipping)
- All merchandise must be returned in the original condition for resale (absolutely no wear), unless defective
- All suits must be returned with tags attached and hygienic liners in place
- The original purchase receipt must be included
- All sales are final on sale items
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process
Loss or Damage
Please note that Hakuna Wear is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
If you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include a note with your order and we will contact you via email to confirm availability & price.
Additionally, Hakuna Wear is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
International Sales Policy
Due to high shipping costs, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on International orders. All orders ship via USPS Priority or USPS First Class International service, depending on size and weight. Although a tracking number will be issued for your order, please note that USPS does not provide trackable shipping information for these levels of service. As noted above, we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, so unless you received the wrong product, or your suit is defective, all international sales are final.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.
